Ingredients

garlic triskets horseradish cabot cheese wasabi paste

Directions

On a cookie sheet, layer a garlic triskett with a piece of horseradish cheese (I've been using Cabot that I get at Wally World), maybe some wasabi paste if you want more punch, or even some fresh horseradish if you have it. Top it with a nice thick slice of fresh habanero and bake the whole thing in the oven for a few minutes. Really nice combinattion of flavors.

Cook meat and green onions in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well, and return meat mixture to pan. Stir in taco sauce, garlic powder, pepper, beans, and corn, and cook until thoroughly heated.

Spoon 1 cup meat mixture over 1/2 cup chips, and top with 3/4 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup tomato, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons salsa, and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

"This is my go to spaghetti recipe. My family loves it and my super picky daughter requests it all the time. The only change I make is to do 1lb mild Italian sausage and 1lb ground beef. We like a little less of the fennel flavor. Definitely a great recipe, thanks for sharing!" - crashsmom

"NOW I know what the fuss has been all about ... this was both easy and delicious. A winning combination! I used a 3 lb sirloin tip roast, a 1-oz pkg of gravy mix, a 1-oz pkg of ranch dressing mix and about 3/4 of an ounce of italian dressing mix. I too mixed the dry mixes together and used ... "I've made this twice now with only the slightest tweaks (added a couple teaspoons of 'Italian Seasoning' mix from our co-op). It's absolutely perfection. Rich, just spicy enough to add interest, and no acid overload. I'm not a fan of tomato-based sauces, but I love this. So did my husband." - p g.8256
