Directions

In a food processor, blend the tomatoes, garlic, and spices until they're chopped fine. Add the mayonnaise and continue blending until a smooth paste forms. Transfer to a large mixing bowl with a rubber spatula. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 375. Spread the wings evenly on a buttered 1 to 2 inch deep baking dish. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy, brown, and cooked through. Remove from the oven and drain off excess oil. Let the wings cool for 5 minutes. Toss the wings in the bowl with the sun-dried tomato mixture, coating them thoroughly.

NOTES :
To soak tomatoes, pour enough water over them to cover and let them stand for 10 minutes.

"It was good, but nothing outstanding about it. I made it without tweaks other than the addition of red wine. Not sure what everyone was going on about the saltiness or need to cut back on the dressing mixes... I followed the recipe & didn't find it to be salty at all -or overly flavorful for that ... "Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole Recipe and Video - My mom used to make this easy recipe every Thanksgiving when I was little. We kids could never get enough! It was our very favorite Thanksgiving vegetable. If you have children, or have some coming to visit you as guests this Thanksgiving, I guarantee that they will eat (and enjoy) this veggie dish! Even though I rarely cook with canned condensed soups, I still make this yummy broccoli casserole during the holiday season. It's fabulous with a Christmas ham and potatoes au gratin too. (Note: Be sure to use sharp Cheddar cheese for a nice full flavor.) Mmmmmmm!" - chef john

Happy cooking...
