1/2 Cup Soaked Sun-dried Tomatoes -- drained *see note
2 Cloves Garlic
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Basil
1 Cup Mayonnaise
20 Trimmed And Separated Wings
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt And Pepper
In a food processor, blend the tomatoes, garlic, and spices until they're chopped fine. Add the mayonnaise and continue blending until a smooth paste forms. Transfer to a large mixing bowl with a rubber spatula. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 375. Spread the wings evenly on a buttered 1 to 2 inch deep baking dish. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy, brown, and cooked through. Remove from the oven and drain off excess oil. Let the wings cool for 5 minutes. Toss the wings in the bowl with the sun-dried tomato mixture, coating them thoroughly.
To soak tomatoes, pour enough water over them to cover and let them stand for 10 minutes.

"You might as well bake pumpkin bread in the large batch called for here, because everyone ..." - jjohn32
"It was good, but nothing outstanding about it. I made it without tweaks other than the addition of red wine. Not sure what everyone was going on about the saltiness or need to cut back on the dressing mixes... I followed the recipe & didn't find it to be salty at all -or overly flavorful for that ... "OMG...this is the best sauce I've tasted. Always get compliments every time I make it. I didn't add the wine but it is still fantastic. You will never go wrong making this sauce when you entertain. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe with us." - elainac67

"Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole Recipe and Video - My mom used to make this easy recipe every Thanksgiving when I was little. We kids could never get enough! It was our very favorite Thanksgiving vegetable. If you have children, or have some coming to visit you as guests this Thanksgiving, I guarantee that they will eat (and enjoy) this veggie dish! Even though I rarely cook with canned condensed soups, I still make this yummy broccoli casserole during the holiday season. It's fabulous with a Christmas ham and potatoes au gratin too. (Note: Be sure to use sharp Cheddar cheese for a nice full flavor.) Mmmmmmm!" - chef john
