Nutrition Facts: 240 calories 9 grams fat
4 oz Feta cheese -- (4 to 8)
8 oz Cream cheese -- (8 to 10)
pickled peppers (habs, jalapenos, etc), sliced into small pieces
crushed red pepper
other colorful spices
Warm the cream cheese and feta until soft, then blend together until very smooth. Cool mixture until firm again (1hr in the fridge).
Roll the cheese into little balls around a slice of pepper, 1/2 to 1 inch across. Decorate the balls with the spices - be creative! I like to roll the balls along a thin line of spice to make it look like a ring around them. They're supposed to look like an assortment of Christmas ornament when you're done. If they get too sticky while working with them, chill them again for 30 min to make the cheese firm. Be sure to warn guests that they have a kick!© Jim Catanich
"Followed the recipe, and it was the best roast ever. I served it to four fiends, and they all wanted the recipe. We made sandwiches two days later and had the same results, best flavor for a sandwich from a pot roast ever." - glen r.
"This is a wonderfully comforting and creamy soup. I used red skinned potatoes and left the skins on. I diced them somewhat small and roasted them in the oven with some fresh rosemary and thyme, salt and pepper and olive oil. When they were fork tender, I smashed some of ... " - under12parsecs

"I made this for New Year's Eve. Followed the recipe exactly & it came out just like the photo-but I was a bit disappointed with it. Some guests enjoyed it, some I think didn't as they didn't go back for seconds. Husband commented yuck. I wasn't a big fan either, would rate it as just okay, not worth the effort. I'll be going back to the normal cob loaf dips, much prefer those. Won't make this again." - sherri3802

"I've made this twice. Used Franks, a bit of Worcester and some red wine vinegar. Only 3 breasts, as this is for 2! Add a side of Mrs. Tt's Pierogies and a salad ... Great Meal! Will make again and may also change the ingredients! I love experimenting with flavors." - kim s.
