1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/3 pound pineapple chunks

3/4 cup honey

1 1/2 Tablespoons garlic powder

Pinch of Kosher Salt

1 medium cucumber diced

Directions

Combine all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour.
