"Awesome recipe! I made with 1/2 tsp ground fennel so there would be no whole seeds. Very rich and flavorful sauce." - shakahari

"I made this tonight but I put my own spin on it. I took someones advice from the reviews below and I seasoned the chicken with garlic salt and pepper then drenched it in flour sauteed for a few min on each side in real butter. "I've made this twice. Used Franks, a bit of Worcester and some red wine vinegar. Only 3 breasts, as this is for 2! Add a side of Mrs. Tt's Pierogies and a salad ... Great Meal! Will make again and may also change the ingredients! I love experimenting with flavors." - kim s.

"I've made this twice (doubled the recipe both times) - definitely a keeper and no comparison to store-bought. My only tweaks: I added a half-tablespoon of garlic salt, crushed the fennel seeds (mortar and pestle) and used a hand-blender when it was done to make it smooth. The leftovers keep really well in the freezer." - cyarcher3

"I baked this in an 8inch pan as someone suggested and had a major fail. I reduced the temp to 160 but I don't think it was reduced enough, rose so much in the middle and not at all on the outside. I'm going to give it a another go tonight as the flavour was pretty good!" - kjs0785
