Mexican Dip - California

  • 8 oz cream cheese-softened
  • 1 can hot Hormel Chili with Beans
  • 1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
  • 2 cups grated monterey jack cheese (I use marble jack)
  • 1 4 oz. can black olives-drained & sliced
  • 3 sliced green onions (tops and all) -- (3 to 5)

    Spread softened cream cheese in a round pie plate. Continue to layer all ingredients in order given. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with favorite chips or crackers. Really good with Margarita's!
