Use a juicemaker to make the fresh raspberry juice.
Grind the chipotle in an electric coffee grinder until you get a fine
chipotle powder.
Boil the chipotle and thyme in the fresh raspberry juice 5 minutes.
Mix with the other ingredients and let the marinade cool.
Cover the wings with marinade and marinate the wings for 6 - 12 hours.
Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
Enjoy with or without your favorite dip.
Freeze leftover marinade an use later for another batch of wings.
