The optional memory card in the indicated slot cannot be configured because the printer's memory expansion limits have been exceeded. On the HP LaserJet IIP and IIIP Printers, Unit 1 and Unit 2 refer to the top and bottom slots respectively. On HP LaserJet III and IIID printer's, 57-1 and 57-2 refer to the front (right) and rear (left) slots, respectively. Four megabytes (4 MB) is the maximum amount of expansion memory these printers can recognize. Remove any expansion memory in excess of 4 MB. |
