A duplex job was sent to the printer with the rear output selector knob in the wrong (11 o'clock) position. Adjust the output knob to the correct (9 o'clock) position and press Continue to resume operation.
* The HP LaserJet IIISI, 4SI,and 4Si MX printers will display this message if the optional envelope feeder is selected while duplex is enabled. Either disable duplex or remove the envelope feeder. |
