For the HP LaserJet IIP Printer, this may indicate an issue with static build up on the on the fusing assembly. Turn the printer off, data loss will occur. If dense media is being used, decrease the number of pages loaded in the MP tray or lower cassette. Do not refill the tray until the printer display prompts for more paper. This error can also be caused by adding paper to the top of the MP tray while the printer is printing. If the error persists contact your dealer or HP Service Technician. |
