At the preconstruction meeting, KB Homes invited Marsha and I to sit down with Kellie, our sales person and a customer service representative for a final review of our dream KB home package. Together, we verify the placement of the house, review the blueprints, and find out what to expect during the building process. When city and county permits are cleared, the KB Home construction team can begin.
