For years, I 'get ordered' by my boss of 13 years, to do Saturday's dinner for our friends and then get asked for the recipes. When told that I don't have one or I'm asked to do the dinner again, well sometimes, I don't remember what I did.

This is why I have created this section of our site. Just to plan out, document the basics recipes concepts, and then when I do remember, edit the portions.

I just cook to what tastes good to me.

My Rules

I have only three rules for a dinner.

  • Buy only meat that is on sale that day and in bulk
  • Use only fresh vegetables and herbs
  • And to find ways to keep the taste but reduce the fats and salt.

Objective

To serve 6 to 8 members a great meal that they talk about all week before and are still talking positively about the next.
