Business Plan Outline
Whether you are an entrepreneur starting a new business, or a large business looking to grow, you should create a hard copy of your company's business plan. At Catanich, we ask you for this for one reason.

Do you know yourself?

Companies without a business plan tend to be unfocused, off-target, prone to 'technology wild goose chases', and spend a great deal of money for not.

In short, moving forward without one, is shear folly.

The Business Plan

The primary value of your business plan will be to create a written outline to evaluate all aspects of the economic viability of your business including a description and analysis of your business prospects. For most companies we deal with, they have bypassed this and in hindsight, did not understand their competition, market or how it applies to the internet.

This following is a sample Business Plan that we give to our clients to fill out at the beginning of our process. If this is easy to fill out, then you know where you want to go. If not, then the likelihood of a successful internet marketing effort is unlikely.

Now, many say this information is none of our business. Well, we agree.

But, we ask you the question again, "Do you know you self, really?"
