STEP TWO: APPLY
Once you have found the opportunity that is right for you, go ahead and send us an email. We need a cover letter (written in MS Word only) defining what you are looking for and attach your resume/CV (in MS Word only) to the email telling us about your past experiences.
You will receive a response from our recruitment team to let you know what the next step will be. If you are a good match for the position, we'll be in touch to arrange to talk and learn more about you. If you aren't suitable for the role you have applied for, we will not contact you due to the volume of applicants. However, the good news is that you will also be considered for other roles.
STEP THREE: PHONE INTERVIEW
You've applied for the position and we feel that your skills and experience might be what we're looking for. We'll want to know a little more about you, so let's talk!
In most cases, a recruiter will contact you to discuss your applications and to better understand your suitability for the role you have applied for. The phone interview is an initial 30- to 40-minute chat that will determine whether we should schedule a face-to-face interview later in the process. The phone interview will include a two-way discussion about your past professional experiences, education, skills and future career aspirations.
STEP FOUR: IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
The in-person interview is your chance to come and meet with us. You've made an impact on us and we're excited to learn more about you in person. To do this, we use behavioral-based interviews to take a closer look at your skills and abilities and how well they match with our current and future job openings. This gives us an opportunity to understand your capabilities and what motivates you, and for you to understand more about us.
Staff & Project Management Interview
We use MS Office extensively and your resume and cover letter will be reviewed for you skill set with MS Word must be advanced.
Technical InterviewsWe are a custom web design shop so your technical abilities must be top-of-the-line. So we will ask you to design a three page web site from scratch. You will be given a PC connected to the internet to use. This is where your creativity comes in and your ability to impress us.
STEP FIVE: OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE

STEP SIX: ONBOARD
Once you've accepted an offer, you will receive additional details about your on-boarding experience, including access to our online portal for new hires. This portal includes links and information to help you get started, and be ready for day one.
