Tex-Mex Recipes
My family is originally from a small town in Southern California about an half hour away from the Mexican border and in 1981, we moved to North Texas. This is where I spent my summers learning how to find and cook the many great recipes in this region. As many of my friends asked me to give them the recipes, I have started this new section of my web to document the many that I have found.
To see these recipes go to Tex-Mex Recipes from James Catanich. Use them please and copy them if you want but if you publish them on the internet, please give me a link.
