Cuban Black Bean Dip w/Habanero Peppers


  • 1 16 oz can cooked balck beans
  • 1/3 C chopped tomato
  • 1/3 C chopped red or green bell pepper
  • 1/4 C minced red onion
  • 1 clove Elephant Garlic,peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tblsp. minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 or two habanero peppers,seeded and fnely chopped


In blender or food processor,place all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Garnish as desired. Serve with tortilla chips,jicama sticks, or other fresh vegies. Makes 2 1/2 Cups.
